Beancurd salted mustard cabbage soup




It is definitely a simple soup, if you are still a learner or you got no much time to prepare a soup.
so i rather call it as a instant soup, which it may only costs you 20 minutes to prepare it.

这是一道很简单的汤,最适合初学者,又或者你必须在短时间内做一道汤,咸菜豆腐汤最适合不过。所以,我喜欢把它叫做“快熟汤”,20分钟你就可以把它搞定。

Ingredients:

1 box of smooth bean curd (cut into bites size)

1 packet of salted mustard cabbage

1 tomato (quartered)

100g fishballs

50g minced pork meat

1.5 liter filtered water


材料
一盒鲜滑豆腐(切成块状)
一包咸菜
一颗番茄 (切块)
100克鱼丸
50克猪肉碎
1.5公升过滤水

Methods:

1. Cut the salted mustard cabbage into bites size. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes to rid excessive saltiness, drain and set aside.

2. Fill a soup pot with 1.5 liter filtered water, bring to boil.

3. When the water is boiling, put in the salted mustard cabbage, smooth bean curd and tomato.

4. After that, put in the fishballs and minced pork meat.

5. Let it boil another 5 minutes.

6. Add some salt if not salty enough. (usually not needed, because the salted mustard cabbage is enough to flavor the soup)

7. Served in a big soup bowl and furnish it with some garlic oil and spring onions

方法:
1. 把咸菜切成块状,浸在温水中约十分钟,滤干待用。

2.将汤锅装入1.5公升的水,煮沸。

3.水煮沸后,将切好的咸菜,豆腐和番茄加入。

4.过后,加入鱼丸和肉碎。

5.当所有材料加入后,让汤再滚多五分钟。

6.可加入适量海盐调味。

7.将汤盛入大碗中,加上葱油和青葱装饰。
