Pork Burger 猪肉汉堡



Ingredients:

300g minched pork

5 Burger buns

1 Tomato (sliced)

1 Onion (sliced)

5 pieces Asian lettuce

Mayonnaise

Chili sauce


材料:

猪肉-300

汉堡面包-5

番茄-1

洋葱-1

生菜-5

沙拉酱-适量

辣椒酱-适量


Marinade:

2 teaspoons light soya sauce

2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon Oyster flavoured sauce

½ teaspoon five spice powder

2 teaspoon corn flour

Pepper


腌料:

酱青-2茶匙

蚝油-2茶匙

五香粉-1/2茶匙

胡椒粉-少许

蜀米粉-2 茶匙


1. Marinate the minced pork for 30 minutes.

2. Shape the minced pork into meatloaf.

3. Heat the pan and drizzle some oil into the pan.

4. Fry the pork ham until it become golden brown in colour.

5. After that, serve the pork ham and all the other ingredients between 2 baked and buttered burger buns.


1. 将猪肉剁碎,加入腌料腌制三十分钟。

2. 让后把猪肉碎揉成饼状。

3. 热锅,加入少许油。

4. 将肉饼煎至金黄色,取出。

5. 番茄和洋葱切片。

6. 最后,将所有材料依个人喜好排列到汉堡面包里。
