Just wants to exhibit my piece of work during last school holiday.
Here it is~
i used to take bus when back from hostel to my hometown, or from hometown to hostel.
shoes boxes are really a big trouble for travellers.
It needs huge space in my luggage.
so i decided to do this-- shoes' bag.
it is much more flexible and convenient to keep my shoes in my luggage.
i think it is also look nice if arrange it in shoes rack, right?
can avoid dust somemore~
so, what are you waiting for?
do a shelter for your shoes as well!
Methods:
1. mix up the marinade ingredients into the minced meat.
2. marinate it for an hour and rub it into balls.
3. heat up the wok and drizzle some oil in it.
4. throw in the chopped garlic, stir fry it for 20 seconds and add in the potatoes and carrots.
5. continue stir fry it for 2 minutes, put in the osyter sauce, light soy sauce and a bowl of water.
6. put on the lid for 3 minutes, and add in meatballs, stew another 10 minutes until the water in the wok almost dry, add in sesame oil, dark soy sauce and pepper.
7. off the gas and it is ready to be served!
* must make sure the potatoes has became soft before u off the gas ya~
i'm back to my lovely kitchen. haha, today wanna show u all my handmade kitchen/dining room accesory- Pot's pad!!! forgot to tell u all, besides cooking, sewing is my another interest~
Nice?? i damn like the combination of those floral fabrics♥♥
And i gonna tell you the reason i get the idea to do this pot's pad. the hot pot will harm the surface of table if you put the pot directly on the table. so my mum always put some newspapers under the pot. but, it is such a wastage to change the newspaper everyday and so not environmental-friendly..
thus, i decided to do this, haha~ hope u all like it!!
Methods: 1. Marinate the pork ribs for 20 minutes. 2. Soak the Chinese mushroom in warm water for 15 minutes before cut it. 3. Place and arrange all the ingredients into a plate. 4. Steam for 30 minutes. 5. Furnishing it with some Chinese celery or spring onion when served.
