Steamed pork ribs with bean sauce




Ingredients:
300g pork ribs (cut into 2 inches long for each)
1 tomato (cubed)
5 chinese mushrooms (quarted)
A handful wolfberries
Ginger (shredded)

材料:
300克排骨 (切成约两寸长)
1颗番茄 (切块)
5朵香菇 (切成四瓣)
枸杞
姜(切丝)


Marinade:
2 tab spoon bean sauce
1 tab spoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon light soybean sauce
1 teaspoon dark soybean sauce
2 teaspoon shao xing wine
1 teaspoon seasame oil
Garlic (chopped)
1 tab spoon corn flour

腌料:
2汤匙豆酱
1汤匙蚝油
2茶匙酱青
1茶匙酱油
2茶匙绍兴酒
1茶匙麻油
蒜蓉
1汤匙蜀米粉

Methods:
1. Marinate the pork ribs for 20 minutes.
2. Soak the Chinese mushroom in warm water for 15 minutes before cut it.
3. Place and arrange all the ingredients into a plate.
4. Steam for 30 minutes.
5. Furnishing it with some Chinese celery or spring onion when served.

做法:
1. 把腌料加入排骨,腌大约20分钟。
2. 香菇切块前,先泡入温水约15分钟。
3. 把所有的材料排列到准备好的盘子。
4. 放入锅,蒸30分钟。
5. 将排骨取出,撒上芹菜或青葱点缀即可。
